Requirements

Secure inside vehicle storage in Dallas/Fort Worth

Nondescript exterior – our Dallas car storage facility does not have any signage identifying the business or drawing attention to the vehicles stored there;
No street access at the front of building;
24-7 monitoring alarm system with motion sensors and low light cameras;
Secure key storage for your stored vehicles;
Outlet trickle charger for all spaces;
Air compressor for tire pressure.

Cars are to be stored one car per storage space;
Proof of ownership of the automobile and proof of insurance are required to store a vehicle. In lieu of proof of insurance, a signed and dated letter acknowledging that we do not provide any insurance on your stored vehicle is acceptable;
We insure the car storage facility, but insuring your car is your responsibility;
Stored vehicles should have convertible tops up, sunroofs closed and windows up when they are stored;
Vehicles should be stored dry;
Cars should be stored with a drain pan underneath-these can be purchased from us or at any auto parts store;
Locking car covers are not required, but we advise owners of the cars stored at our Dallas car storage facility to use them;
Only routine maintenance and light mechanical work are permitted in Dallas Car Storage.com’s car storage facility;
Stored vehicles must be transported to a repair facility to have major repairs or work done on them;
We can assist in arranging transportation for stored cars at an additional fee;
No storage of gasoline or other flammable chemicals is allowed;
Please ensure that your stored vehicle has only a minimum amount of gasoline in the tank;
All vehicles must be operational.
